Actual situation: we need to prepare BTL event for 50 people, russian speaking – round table. An it must be done so that everyone would be comfortable: an business, and experts, and press representatives. Everything must be considered in details: space lease, furniture, staff enrollment, hardware, refreshments, drinks and dishes. And yes, we also need flip chart (board for drawing plots an exponents) and not to forget about advertising banners with event’s subject.

A goal was posed before Creative head designers: create an illustration and then design infographics for magazine spread based on it.

Overall results indicate favorable outcome of this “round table” and it’s high administrative performance.
